Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective eg: zip problem, obvious stains (more than 1cm), torn/ripped items. If you receive a defective item, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately at Instagram direct message with details of the product and the defect. Once the product is worn out, tag is removed, or it's received more than 3 days, it's consider as sold and non-refundable.

Lack of item when received: Kindly record a full video when you unbox the parcel and dm us on IG. Once we received the full video with sufficient evidence, we will proceed with refund.

There can be slight differences (about 1cm-3cm) for the measurement given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.  We encourage you to measure yourself before choosing what size to order. Please feel free to dm us through Instagram if you have any specific questions.

Physical photos will be attached at IG Story, kingly look through our highlights for further information. Color of products may varies due to lighting used compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges or Refund due to this reason will not be entertain.
